Submitting a quote request or contact form on our website does not create a binding agreement. It is an expression of interest only. A binding contract for renovation services is only formed when both parties have signed a written Domestic Building Contract as required under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic) for works valued over $10,000.
Quotes and estimates provided verbally or via email are indicative only until confirmed in a signed written contract. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
gutted. undertakes multi-trade residential renovation projects across Melbourne. We do not accept single-trade jobs or projects under $16,000. We operate under a Victorian building practitioner registration and carry the required insurance for domestic building work.
