Yes. Every project is completed under a signed domestic building contract — a legal requirement in Victoria for any building work over $16,000. It locks in the price, scope, timeline and workmanship before we lift a finger. You get a copy, we keep a copy. No handshake deals.
Yes. We clean up at the end of every day and keep the disruption contained. We've had clients living in the apartment throughout.
